Shipping & Delivery

We are excited to get your new shoes to you! All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently ship via Canada Post and other major courier services. The available shipping options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, plus the shipping time calculated by the carrier. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
